1. Purpose
This Fair Use & Acceptable Use Policy(“Policy”) forms part of the StatBreak Terms of Use.
StatBreak operates AI-powered infrastructurewith variable computational and licensing costs. To maintain platformstability, equitable access and system integrity, usage is subject toreasonable limits determined at StatBreak’s discretion.
2. Fair Use Principle
StatBreak provides access to analytics toolsfor legitimate personal or internal business use.
Fair use means usage that:
- -Is consistent with normal user behaviour
- -Does not impose disproportionate system load
- -Does not attempt to extract data at scale
- -Does not attempt to replicate or substitute the platform
StatBreak may determine whether usage exceeds fair use thresholds in its sole discretion.
3. Usage Limits
StatBreak may apply limits including, but not limited to:
-Monthly query limits
Limits may vary by:
- -Session-based limits
- -Rate limits per minute or hour
- -Computational intensity limits
- -Feature-specific restrictions
- -Concurrent session limits
- -Subscription tier
- -User activity patterns
- -System capacity
- -Beta or commercial phase
StatBreak reserves the right to modify limits without prior notice to ensure system integrity.
4. Prohibited Behaviour
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Automated querying via bots, scripts or scraping tools
- Bulk extraction of statistical outputs
- Attempting to build derivative databases
- Reverse engineering or prompt mining
- Circumventing rate limits
- Using multiple accounts to bypass limits
- Credential sharing
- Commercial resale of outputs
- Using the platform as a backend data feed
StatBreak may use automated systems to detect suspicious patterns.
5. Abuse Detection & Enforcement
StatBreak may monitor usage patterns for:
- -Excessive frequency
- -Abnormal query repetition
- -High-volume threshold testing
- -Automated behaviour signatures
- -Token-cost abuse
If fair use is exceeded, StatBreak may:
- -Throttle access
- -Temporarily suspend account access
- -Permanently terminate accounts
- -Restrict features
- -Deny refunds
- -Take legal action where appropriate
Decisions regarding fair use enforcement are final.
6. Subscription-Based Access
Paid subscriptions provide enhanced access in accordance with their plan terms.
However:
- -Paid access is not unlimited
- -All subscriptions remain subject to fair use controls
- -Enterprise or SDK access requires separate agreement
7. No Data Extraction Rights
Use of the platform does not grant:
- -Rights to copy or replicate datasets
- -Rights to create competing databases
- -Rights to train AI models on StatBreak outputs
- -Rights to redistribute statistical compilations
Aggregated outputs remain the intellectualproperty of StatBreak.
8. Platform Protection Rights
StatBreak may implement:
- -Technical throttling
- -CAPTCHA or verification systems
- -Behavioural detection systems
- -IP monitoring
- -Account linkage analysis
These measures are designed to protect service availability and commercial sustainability.
9. Changes to This Policy
StatBreak may update this Policy as required to reflect:
- -Infrastructure changes
- -AI licensing changes
- -Cost structure changes
- -Regulatory requirements
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
